Univocal and obvious interest of the company is to exercise its activities with legal obligations and respect to ethical norms and clients’ rights and not to participate in illegal activities at all costs, nor to benefit from them or to make material and non-material damage.
Company obliges to act so without any suspicion of committing or actual committing a crime (nor any involvement in it), which could be charged to any of the contracting party under the law number 418/2011 Sb., or launched investigation against any of the contracting party including their employees according to applicable law.
For this reason, the company adopted measurements of compliance program and follows ethical code. Ethical code can be altered and the company is required to state the alteration on their web pages.
