Zvl\u00e1\u0161tnost\u00ed a technick\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem t\u00e9to koridorov\u00e9 stavby byl pr\u016fchod \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed koridorov\u00e9 trat\u011b siln\u011b poddolovanou oblast\u00ed Karvinska, kde dosud ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm pokles\u016fm cel\u00e9ho poddolovan\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trat\u011b. Tato liniov\u00e1 stavba byla situov\u00e1na na \u00faseku mezi \u017est. \u010cesk\u00fd T\u011b\u0161\u00edn (mimo) \u017ekm 320,126 a\u017e po \u017est. D\u011btmarovice (v\u010detn\u011b) \u017ekm 341,076, v celkov\u00e9 d\u00e9lce cca 20,95 km, nicm\u00e9n\u011b ve st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti mezi \u017est. Louky nad Ol\u0161\u00ed a \u017est. Karvin\u00e1 hl.n. (propojovac\u00ed \u00fasek) byly navr\u017eeny a prov\u00e1d\u011bny pouze pr\u00e1ce sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed k propojen\u00ed pln\u011b modernizovan\u00fdch krajn\u00edch \u00fasek\u016f stavby nov\u00fdmi liniov\u00fdmi \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edmi in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdmi s\u00edt\u011bmi a rozvody. Obecn\u00fdmi c\u00edli stavby \"Optimalizace trati \u010cesk\u00fd T\u011b\u0161\u00edn - D\u011btmarovice\" bylo zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed cestovn\u00ed doby, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pohodl\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, bezpe\u010dnosti \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho provozu a celkov\u00e9 zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spolehlivosti modernizovan\u00e9 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed vlakov\u00e9 cesty. V r\u00e1mci projektu byla navr\u017eena a realizov\u00e1na sanace \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho spodku, obnova \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho svr\u0161ku, vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed resp. rekonstrukce n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 s mimo\u00farov\u0148ov\u00fdmi bezbarierov\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edstupy nov\u00fdmi podchody a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm vybaven\u00edm, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fdm zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00edm n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165, nebo s nov\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edst\u0159e\u0161ky pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed (voleno dle v\u00fdznamu dopravny). Na po\u017eadovan\u00e9 parametry byly rekonstruov\u00e1ny vybran\u00e9 st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed mostn\u00ed objekty a propustky. Modernizov\u00e1ny \u010di nov\u011b vybudov\u00e1ny byly vybran\u00e9 dr\u00e1\u017en\u00ed technologick\u00e9 pozemn\u00ed objekty. Byla provedena komplexn\u00ed modernizace \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho zabezpe\u010dovac\u00edho, sd\u011blovac\u00edho a silnoproud\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Nov\u00e9 kabel\u00e1\u017ee ve stanic\u00edch byly prioritn\u011b um\u00edst\u011bny do kabelovod\u016f. Do stavebn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti byla d\u00e1le zahrnuta rekonstrukce \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho trak\u010dn\u00edho veden\u00ed a ukolejn\u011bn\u00ed, elektrick\u00fd oh\u0159ev v\u00fdhybek, p\u0159elo\u017eky, \u00fapravy a p\u0159\u00edpojky kabelov\u00fdch veden\u00ed a osv\u011btlen\u00ed. Velk\u00e1 pozornost byla v\u011bnov\u00e1na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kvality \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed Pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hlukov\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed okol\u00ed \u017eeleznice byla - v souladu se schv\u00e1lenou akustickou studi\u00ed - provedena protihlukov\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, tzn. prioritn\u011b v\u00fdstavba protihlukov\u00fdch st\u011bn. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed optimaliza\u010dn\u00edch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed byly i \u00fapravy zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti cestuj\u00edc\u00edch ve stanic\u00edch a zast\u00e1vk\u00e1ch (v\u010detn\u011b \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch lep\u0161\u00ed pohyb osob se sn\u00ed\u017eenou schopnost\u00ed pohybu \u010di orientace) a zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edch kulturu cestov\u00e1n\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00e9 stavby bylo technicky \u0159e\u0161eno 80 provozn\u00edch soubor\u016f a v\u00edce jak 170 stavebn\u00edch objekt\u016f. Pln\u011b optimalizovan\u00fd \u00fasek trat\u011b v\u00fdsledn\u011b spln\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na nutnou interoperabilitu trat\u011b, co\u017e po dokon\u010den\u00ed stavby umo\u017en\u00ed plynul\u00fd a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd provoz vlakov\u00fdch souprav v r\u00e1mci transevropsk\u00e9ho \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu."}
